Funny concept, love the pose the falling struggling panda is doing!
I really like the colour use, and how you incorporated the bright blue, giving it a more cool and mysterious feel to this funny situation.
Congratulations on winning!
However, I feel you could have ranked even higher if you portrayed more on the "plans gone wrong" and went more in depth with it in the comment too and provide a background story.
Like I don't know, pandas of the future were genetically altered to be able to do construction but they still are distracted by food! Or they escaped from the zoo to pursue their dream of construction working (okay that made no sense but you get my drift) because right now all I see of plans gone wrong is the panda falling.
Overall, a dazzling piece, with such an interesting subject and beautiful background!
You surprised very well the reactions and the feelings on the bears faces, especially on the one's who seems to have problems on the scaffold.
Also the details! the moon surrounded by clouds, the birds in the sky, the stars and even the helmet lights are very well done! And the city lights are divine!
I think that the panda bear that has trouble on the scaffold represents very well the contest's theme, plans gone wrong!
All in all I think this is a very good deviation with big chances to win the contest!
