Mobile had a very long life. 15 wow!
We want our pets to be with us forever .....but alas that is not the way it is. Be comforted knowing that he lived a full and probably happy life and now he has the rest of eternity to enjoy the peace and fun in Cat Heaven!
He looks really regal and inquisitive in this picture.
Hmmm...maybe he is looking at something to chase.

Yes, He had a very long life especially in my area where there are lots of hungry pythons that come hunting cats every night. Most of my cats never have chance to live longer than a year. ;)

I have many photos of Mobile in my gallery, it's possible if you miss seeing some. Actually I took a lot of his photos when he's alive, unfortunately all are poor quality from a cheap mobile phone camera. However the memory about him is still sharp and clear in my heart. I don't know why I love him so much. He used to bite my calf too =D

I will look for Mobile photos in your gallery. I am so sorry that you lost him, I understand that you still miss him very much. Actually, I lost a very dear cat a little more than two years ago. He was not black, he was mostly white with two other tones, like a calico cat. His fur was like silk, so thin and smooth. He has had a terrible illness and I still miss him, despite my (rather) new little females. I wish he was still here with me.
Who knows why we love?

Sorry for your loss too. Mobile was a very old cat. He died at age around 15. All of his life, he had fought with other cats a lot. It took me a lot of time before he let me be near him without making his threatening sound. :)
